Welcome to the website of the Vanuatu Department of Tourism.
As of early October 2020, Vanuatu remains on a short list of countries globally which have not yet detected the COVID-19 virus within it's borders. As a precaution to protect the health of Vanuatu citizens, entry to the country is currently not possible or is reserved for essential travel.
The Department of Tourism is currently working with governmental and international partners to assist in readiness preparations and adjustment strategies in light of the unfolding situation.
